Thanks for contacting EA Technical Support! I do apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing with the game right now. I understand you're having issue with Rock Band for the Xbox 360, and I know how frustrating that is. Rest assured that I would try my very best to assist you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

First let me assure you that I have read and understood the email you sent before replying. I also understand that you are a well valued member of the rock band community. Furthermore, this is not a computer generated auto response.

Unfortunately, we here at technical support do not have any information regarding the issue or question as technical support is mainly concerned with troubleshooting technical issues, such as the game crashing or loading issues. If you have any comments or suggestions please post on the appropriate game forums.These forums are maintained and monitored by the community leaders and production team. By posting on these forums you will be able to submit direct feedback to the appropriate person. Please make sure that you follow the EA terms of service when posting. You must have an EA member account in order to post on the forum.
