Here's an odd request...
I've never cooked pork chops & my girlfriend wants them for dinner. Does anyone have a stellar recipe they'd be willing to share? :)

Soak em for 45 mins in vinegar and paprika (or Goya Adobo if you have it). Then pan fry.
Sound gross? Its really not :) I've been doing it that way for about 15 years.
Don't worry about the vinegar, it cooks out and leaves just that little tang/bite.

Soak the chops in a milk and egg mixture. Bread the chops via breadcrumbs and flour and fry in a oil. Preferably olive. Fry till golden and enjoy! Simple and hard to mess up.

Ahh!! I remember when I used to cook my girlfriend dinner, now I'm married to her, so these days it's me going like: you get in that kitchen and cook me some chops *****!! Just kidding!:p
I say if you are pressed for time or just don't have the right ingredients at hand, just place them in the pan with some, pepper and garlic salt (don't let them get to dry), after their done add some A1 it always works for me, now if you serve them with some buttered vegetables and some brown (or white) rice then you got your self a mean ass dinner!! Good eating!!
Damn, that made me hungry!:D

Grill everything. EVERYTHING. Chicks dig it when you grill well. And use charcoal.

If your pork chops are sticky, something is wrong.

The chops were a success last night. Montine found a recipe that involved baking them with apples and onions and cinnamon. It was strange, but they tasted great!
We still have 4 chops left, so I'm going to try some of the ideas you guys gave tomorrow night. :D
Thanks everyone!!

Yeah sure but at least I don't got to sleep on a empty stomach...;)
