People who ordered replacement guitars as late as Saturday and Monday are starting to receive them

I ordered my replacement guitar on Tuesday of LAST week AKA the day Rock Band came out but not only has my replacement guitar not arrived at my house but according to UPS it has not even been shipped yet

I know I'm not the only one in this position and I know those of us who are in this position would appreciate a response as this is getting very frustrating

Also, if one of them is in here to respond, are the drum kits going to be newer models without snapping pedals too? otherwise, im all for that metal plate, whether it voids the warrenty or not

I wish they would answer this question also, it seems they totally screwed those of us that ordered early. We may as well be Canadians with the warranty support we're getting right now...which is nill. I've even posted a question to the support account and got no answer, first time EA has ever totally blown off a question from me.

Same boat here. Ordered last week. 'New RMA' and 'Billing Info Received'. Harmonix: Great game. EA? Terrible...

Unfortunately its looking like we might have to get on the phone to get any sort of answer out of EA cause most of the people who ordered replacements seem to be getting them

thats not true. The people who ordered in the first week have mostly not gotten them and the latest word on it is that ups does have them all (i spoke with a managing supervisor) and they are not updating the site as much as they should because it is not their priority with all the packages they are getting. He said all replacements ordered last week were sent out today

I wouldn't be so quick to trust EA when they place the blame on others. IF UPS was so backlogged due to the holidays why are orders that were placed LATER getting to their destination? I would think a shipping logistics problem would result in ALL of them being delayed. EA is just blowing smoke.

There are now pictures on the web of THREE strummer designs. To me if you don't stop at ONE you know there is a problem with the game you are shipping, TWO would be 'whew we fixed it let's move on, THREE would indicate that have no clue and are just guessing at this point.

Well, no HMX members cant help you on this one, and EA employees are not gonna respond because they cant answer your question...

The word on the street is that all of OUR (first week orders) guitars have been shipped out today...

If mines not here by friday, i am bringing the mother****** pain down on whoevers responsible
