Help with Bonus songs

Hi, I'm new here.

I just recently tried to get my voucher to be able to download the 20 Bonus tracks but the website said that my key had already been used. I did not buy a used game and no one else has had access to it.

I'm hoping I can get some help with this matter, as I'm unsure of what to do.
