WHY??? Why does the support line keep hanging up?

I go through the stupid menu junk and get to the part where I'm supposed to talk to someone it rings a few times then makes a click and it hangs up on me... My RMA isn't showing up in "My Questions" and I want to know why yet I cannot talk to anyone...

maybe it didnt hang up on you. It tries to play some music in the background but it doesnt work so it almost sounds like someone hung up on you, just hang in on the line and someone should answer. If somehow it is hanging up on you, whcih woudl be weird, write them an email via question at support.ea.com and give them your number and request they call you.

That happened to me a few times.

Then, I went through the "other games" menu and got a person. I'm on the phone right now.

The day before yesterday I had to make several attempts at calling them. Made it to the menu, it began to ring, then nothing. My fiance and i were literally calling every time we got disconnected, on both of our phones several times before we ever got through (this went on for about thirty minutes).

Try earlier in the day as well. I got through on my first call the following afternoon, and I got to speak to some one who's first language was actually English.

thats exactly what i tried and exactly what i got. The foreigners are in bed at 12 our time
