My Brother ordered his Rockband game for his XBox in November and it came today. THE PROBLEM IS, IT'S FOR PS3!!

Huge letdown for him. I am writing on his behalf. Where are the phone numbers for customer service?? Where are the people who are supposed to be answering his email questions? Needless to say this is a big bummer, as I was looking forward to being the lead singer of his band.

If it were only as easy as sending it back and going to Best Buy to get the game. It's not! It's sold out everywhere! Probably even sold out on this websites store.

I wrote this with the hopes that constructive criticism in the publics eye would get noticed, since his emails are not.

Poor guy, he waits patiently in line for the game to be released and someone screws him over. That's his take on it anyway...

If someone in support emails me, I'll give you the name, but hopefully this thread will inspire someone to look into it anyway. Hint: he's in Troy, MO.

you can call EA at 650-628-1001 and tell them that there was a shipping mistake. They should be able to help you and get another out as soon as possible. One of the options is even, my hardware is for the wrong system

Who did he order from? Contact the site, not EA.

ea is still doing replacements, it will probably be faster than a company without any extras availible. Basically, your waiting at lease a week for a new one
