Rma??

Where is the RMA #?? I have an incident #, but never given an RMA # as far as I can tell. I called tech support and they said that if they had my RMA # they could tell me if my drums shipped or not, but I don't have a freakin RMA #. I placed my order last WED., and still have new RMA on the EA page and UPS still says billing info received. I'm getting PO'ed!!

the only way to get it if you didnt record it is call and tell them you dont have it, they should be able to look your name up. IF they ever sent the confirmation emails like they said, it would have been in there

No email. It showed up in my browser after I entered my credit card info.

yea you had to print out the last page, they said an email would be sent but it never happened, nobody got one

yea, they told everyone they would send an email, that never happened, not one person has recieved an email
