Warrenty site is broke, and so is my guitar

Going to the warrenty site is a waste of time, once i login it says dont have access or that the appplication is not available.

call the long distance number to talk to someone and after answering all the dumb questions and telling it i want to speak to someone it hangs up on me. (5 times)

only thing worse than a $170 game that breaks after 7 days is junk support that you cant get ahold of to get the crap replaced.

the site is buggy, but it works. just try again later. maybe pick a time when there is less traffic, like before you go to bed.

you seem to be the only one not getting ahold of them.

try clearing teh cookies and temporary files, logging out of ea and then back in, it has to do with a newly created account.

i got that once, right after i created my account and then it worked fine. try calling them again, i got hung up on multiple times tonight, 8 i think in a row, it finally connected me though. maybe less busy now?
