How do you send your guitar back?

Yes, it does. You use the box it came in.

yes, and EA says the box will be big enough to fit the guitar so you wont have to worry about ripping the head off.

If they are charging $125 for an unreturned bass pedal, then I definitely wouldn't hesitate to put those batteries in the box as well. XD

yea that is absolutely rediculous, mines broken too and i have been waiting since wednesday for a new one. I hear though if you call tech support and dont do it online, they tell you to keep the broken pedal and throw it out when the new one comes. You dont even need to send it back
