"song has become available" error

kay here is my issue. I just want to know how to remove some songs from my console. I did not pay for them... I might pay for a few (some are good).
My friend from out of town came over and 'recovered' his profile on my machine so we could play with all the dozens of songs he had downloaded and paid for at his house.
Now I get these songs on my list, even though I cannot play them at all, and it resets the game if one gets picked in a mystery set.

I deleted his profile and content from my XBOX memory settings, but that didn't help.

Any ideas? I don't want to have to spend $40 to buy all the same songs as him just to solve this problem... many of the songs are crap :-)

You'll need to determine which songs were his and delete each of them separately. Alternatively, you could delete all of your downloaded songs and redownload them through your download history.

Awesome that sounds like it will work out... so how exactly do i delete songs? I searched through all menus in RB2 game but saw nothing....

You'll need to access through your dashboard rather than in-game. All DLC is stored in your RB1 folder on your hard drive.
