I know everyone has been having problems getting there replacement instruments and I thought one thread to organize it all might be an idea. Personally, I ordered my new guitar the 24th and still have no confirmation email and no package although i was promised 2 day shipping....
Please post any updates with regard to shipping issues and replacement Information HERE!
A little information from EA might be nice!!!!!......

We should also include the system that you recieving the replacement for. As I called tech support and they told me PS3 is a little delayed.

Put in a request on 11/23, nothing further - still just "info received" on UPS page. Drums are still fine, no mic issues, but downstrum got really unreliable after 2 days. I'm considering cancelling the return and making a new one; people who asked for an exchange later seem to be getting their replacements way WAY sooner...but on the other hand, people also seem to be getting new $100 charges added and nothing removed, so I guess I'll wait.
In the meantime, I've told everyone who was really excited about it to just hold off indefinitely, because there's nothing really like a light at the end of the tunnel here...or even a voice saying "hey, the light at the end of the tunnel is coming".
