I've had mine since before launch (I won the Mountain Dew contest), and this is the first time it's ever happened to me..

The thing that happened with mine was that only the sound works.. there's no video. :(

oh, i've had mine since last may and had no problems with it, but a few weeks ago(in a clan match of all things) it made a buzzing noise and froze up. i restarted it again no problem but it froze 5 minutes later. restarted again and got the 3 red lights. tried it a few times more over the week and the same thing happened. i got the box yesterday and shipped it out today.
