Have you looked in the Technical Support, and Rockband.com technical support forums?
They would be the best places to get directions on how to set your stuff up.

Right now you are doing the forum equivalent of going grocery shopping and looking for cereal in the frozen food section. The best you can hope for is someone to direct you to the proper aisle.
