Velocity sensitive RB2 drums w/RB1

does the fact that the RB2 drums are velocity sensitive affect the playability of those drums on RB1? I have tried several times to calibrate the drums to RB1 and i still miss notes. Its very frustrating. Any ideas or thoughts?

No it does not affect it at all. All of the community hardware playtesting that was done for the RB2 drums was done on the RB1 game.

I'm not sure how to answer that. There's nothing you need to do other than plug them in and make sure you are calibrated correctly.
