Godsmack DLC problem X360

Hi, I've just downloaded this awesome track today, been waiting long time for Godsmack stuff. However, the track in unplayable as it causes "eternal loading screen" when choosen, and there is no usual preview sample of it at the track selection screen, no matter if I'm connected to Live! or not. This problem is definitely not caused by DRM as the hdd has never been used to dl things on other consoles. Am I the only one who encountered such a problem?

Have you downloaded the latest game patch?

Probably yes, I have patched several games about a week ago, but i wouldn't stake my life on that RB was also updated. I will check it asap and let know whether it is a matter of the patch.
