View Full Version : So..
I just called EA because it has been 96 hours and haven't received my 24 hour e-mail. That's fine no biggie. Just thought it was funny how the first agent kept telling me "no worries man", and the second agent kept saying "cheers man". Anyone else getting reps like that? I have to admit the guy telling me no worries man, calmed me a down a little.

I am unsure of them sending out any emails about it. I never got one, but I can track the shipment coming to my house via UPS.
If you call EA hotline with your RMA number, they should be able to give you a tracking number associated with your RMA.
They have tracking numbers well before UPS picks up the shipment.
All in all, I guess not getting an email doesn't mean your box isn't on it's way, but they should have still given you a tracking number on the phone. You might consider calling back and specifically asking for the tracking number, if you haven't already.
Cheers, man.
Oh, I did get my tracking numbers, the main point of my post was the dialect of the customer service reps.

I work in Tech Support for AT&T. I try to sound as friendly as possible. I hate calling places and the people are reading a script like a robot. Once I build a rapport with a customer it's just like talking to a friend. Now when I get those irate people it's an entirely different story.
