I've tried calling the EA support phone number, only to be disconnected after listening to all the options and hitting the right numbers to get to a live person. This has happened 4 times. Anyone else having this problem? I have my RMA number handy to give them and check on the status of my new guitar, but never make it that far.

If you just tried this now, it is because they close at 6pm PST.
