Metal Album Suggestions!

Metal Albums:
1. Metallica - Master Of Puppets
2. Slayer - Reign In Blood
3. Motorhead - No Remorse
4. Iron Maiden - The Number Of The Beast
5. Megadeth - Rust In Peace
6. Judas Priest - Screaming For Vengeance
7. Ozzy Osbourne - Blizzard Of Ozz
8. Black Sabbath - Black Sabbath
9. Dio - Holy Diver
10. Pantera - Far Beyond Driven

This is only 10 I listed. I also took into consideration for the strong language and religious references. So a lot of what I would like to see on the game is held back because of those circumstances. So I decided on the more known and more popular ones.

Please let your voice be known if you really would like metal to be noticed. Guitar Hero has tried pleasing us metalheads, but they have failed thus far. So lets see if Rock Band will satisfy the metalheads.

Pantera - Cowboys from hell (Instead)
Ozzy osbourne - Diary of a madman (Instead)
Iron maiden - Peice of mind (Instead)

I'd rather have those than your choices for those bands

I would pretty much be happy with any Maiden, Sabbath or Dio songs released. I'm having nightmares of getting my ass kicked by Slayer on GH3 though...

Omg this is the greatest list I have ever seen. I would buy every single one of those albums. IMO those are the "real" metal bands.

I'd actually prefer Bizzard of Oz over Diary of a Madman. BoO is the first Ozzy Album I listened to front and back when I was a kid. All the songs are hits. DoaM is great as well, but doesn't hold that much water when comparing BoO. To me anyways.

How about some Cradle of Filth? I mean some old Cradle though, such as:

V Empire (Or Dark Faerytales in Phallustein) - "The Forest Whispers My Name," "Queen of Winter, Throned," "Nocturnal Supremacy."

Dusk and Her Embrace - "Dusk and Her Embrace," "Funeral in Carpathia," "Haunted Shores."

Cruelty and the Beast - "Cruelty Brought Thee Orchids," "Bathory Aria," "Lustmord and Wargasm."

Of course, CoF will never be included as the vocals won't fit into the game, and cuz Nick Barker is a demon on the drums. =(

Even though they're a fictional band, you just can't leave off Dethklok and The Dethalbum. I just recently made a post regarding that before coming across this topic. Would be a ton of fun to play on all instruments.

Yeah, gotta agree with piece of mind over number for an entire album. Personally though...I would ultimately rather see something like Powerslave or Seventh Son (too bad there isnt a keyboard controller). Hell, I would love something newer like Brave New World too, as long as it is from Dickinson's time.

Powerslave would rock though. Think about it. Rime of the ancient mariner....
