This news just came from IGNThis Article tells us that GH3 will be coming out this fall, and have a PS2, PS3, 360, and Wii version! Is this true? Is Harmonix even involved with this game at all? (being so busy making Rock Band and all)

no...they are not involved

not because they are busy with RB, its because they are no longer developing it

Neversoft is now in charge

Looks like I'm putting GH3 on hold this year because I'm spending way too much (presumably) on RB as it is.

If it's published by EA, your lucky it's not on SNES and Genesis too.

EA milks every single one of the games it publishes for all it's worth.

Why wouldn't they put it on the Wii? It has 6.5 Million units sold, and the Xbox 360 only has 9.7 million sold in nearly 3 times the time.

It would be foolish to not put it on the Wii.

As for Neversoft. they're pretty good at releasing the same game over and over again.

You lie. It is not on Gamecube, which was current when this was originally posted.

Yeah, no. Xbox lived longer than the GCN.
