So yeah, apparently there's a pretty bad Winter storm system going on and hitting Central Kentucky/Indiana pretty bad right now. It's icing here...any other forum members (I'm sure benson is since he lives in Louisville) getting a nice wintry mix?

I'm in central indiana, in its staying south of us so far. We should get some snow within the next 8-10 hours, though. I don't need anymore school closings! We're already going to June 4.

I live close to WKU and we are out of school today. We had mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain. It isent too bad though, most of it melted and now just alot of standing water with trees frozen.
I havnt heard and stories about accidents or electricity being out or anything.

I'm right in the middle of it here in Indianapolis. I just moved here last October, so I haven't seen this much snow in a long time.
I'm just hoping my wife gets home okay. She's stuck in the snowy rush hour traffic.

In north-central Indiana and I've onl gotten like an inch, maybe two. It figures we'd get about nothing. We never get weather very bad here for some reason.

I want more to hit MD so I don't have to go to work tomorrow and thus don't have to teach. I have a student in my class I'm convinced is a total idiot and I fully expect to fail the test at the end. Normally I am very patient and put up with the craziest students, but she doesn't listen when I'm sitting right next to her giving her my undivided attention.

Well, lop on a whopping 5 inches to my prev. total snow fall for NE Ohio. All school/colleges closed. My work, however remains open, even though the only way to get to the store is to walk. The road is closed b/c no one can drive down w/out getting stuck. That and the traffic lights are all out.

I'm in Cincinnati, and the campus closed today. Yeah! However, that just means I have that much more homework, since I have 2 exams Friday and no class today. Boo that.

My hometown of Evansville has 64,000 people without power right now after a massive ice storm. So naturally I've been calling all of my friends telling them it's 55 here.

Here in Memphis, it rained like crazy, iced over, and then snowed on top of it. UT Memphis didn't close, but roads weren't too bad either.
Now back home in Western KY... now that's another story. Ice storms and power outtages all over from what I've heard.
