Hey gang,
We take a lot of pride in the fact that we're able to answer every email personally (no outsourcing, no form letter style responses, etc) but we have been getting a ton of fan mail recently and we're not always able to answer as quickly as we'd like. As a result, some of you have been waiting longer than necessary for a response to your request for another 20 free DLC confirmation email.
For a more immediate response to your request for the 20 free DLC email you can shoot a PM to HMXcj including your email address and the code listed on the back of your RB2 manual. She'll forward along another email and you should be sorted out within 24 hours.
The problem seems to be that some email clients are outright bouncing the confirmation emails, so they're getting sent but they aren't even being received by spam folders. Rest assured that they are going out, and when we get your info and manually resend the email then you should receive it no problem.
