Help with Leaderboards, please

So I normally play offline. I have one internet connection in my university dorm and can't use a router or a switch (I've tried). As such, I have to choose between my computer or my Xbox being connected to the internet. I normally choose my computer, but every once in a while (e.g. to download additional content), I'll connect the ol' Xbox.

So my problem is I did really well on a Drums Expert song (I'd be first on the leaderboards), but when I connected my Xbox, the score didn't upload. In fact, none of my scores uploaded. I tried going into Solo Tour and then backing out. That didn't work. I tried picking the song in question and quitting out of it. That didn't work. I tried finishing the song (I tried to get two stars, but apparently that's not possible) to see if it would upload my higher score. It didn't upload either score (including the one I had just achieved). Any suggestions?

If the game works like GH, which I'm almost entirely sure it does, unless you are connected to Live at the time you achieve the score, there is no way to upload it. This is probably done to prevent cheating.

Yeah, you have to be logged in when you obtain the score. I found this out the hard way. I hope they add an option where you can upload all of your high scores at the same time instead of having to replay every song again while logged in. That way we can play the game while offline and then simply upload all of our scores at once at our leisure.

I beat all the songs offline before finally going online, and you do have to beat the song while you're online for it to show up on the boards.

Wow, screw the leaderboards then. I'm not keeping my Xbox plugged in. I'll just be content in knowing I'm 1st on one song for the time being (and 2nd on another).
