ok, i was playing an easy song...just getting warmed up and the pedal just snapped off the bottom. Basically where your heel sits as u play, it broke. so now i cant play and im wondering if they would send me a new one? why is there equipment so cheap?

If you purchased the drum kit less than 60 days ago and you have your receipt you can get a replacement through EA's support website or by phoning them.

If not, try EBay, there's a couple of people selling fixes for the RB drum pedal.

This is just a suggestion..but you might look into a better pedal. The stock pedal IMO doesn't last very long especially if your playing on the hard and expert levels. Some people use that pedal and never has a problem. I broke two of them and finally bought a better pedal. Again this is only a suggestion. :)

Mine broke just some minutes ago.
I don't have my receipt any more but as we have a two years warranty in europe I hope i will get a new one.

But: I want to buy a good one. Can anyone suggest me a good pedal.
