Ironic Achievement

Anyone else think that it's funny that there is an achievement on X360 for getting 100% on bass only strumming up?

It's a pretty easy (and fun!) achievement to get. I think I got it on "Should I Stay or Should I Go" in quick play.

i find it ironic because u could just play a song on lefty/righty flip but still hold the guitar in the opposite direction. ie play the song on lefty flip but whole the guitar as if you were playing righty, which would mean that the down strum is actually the up strum ;)

FYI most bass players play with only up 'strokes'. Yes, most is an important word in that sentence.

I actually play bass in real life, so I had no problem getting this achievement. But I will agree that it is ironic. lol.

Plus if it is any concern to anyone, there is a "DIY" fix for the issues people are having with their Strats. Dunno if it's cool to post anything else about it tho....

They've already said that trying to fix your own instruments may result in you being charged for a new one if you then try to return it using the warranty replacement system.
