You have to curl up in a ball and try to travel in time like Hiro from Heroes.

Upon concentrating hard enough you will magically transform into your favourite pokemon. The catch is no one can see you in pokemon form, you're wearing a human guise the whole time... but you know deep down inside you could totally own people if it came down to fight time.
