I don't use XBOX live and I was wondering if there was a way to purchase the DLC songs without out it?

PS. I'm not looking to get them for free, I am more than happy to pay for them.

Yeah, you can buy all the songs with a free Silver XBL Account.

Althought I would be happy too, if there would be different ways to get the new songs.

Yeah, you can. Thats why I'm asking why the OP doesnt use XBL, because as long as you can physically connect it to the internet and create an account, you can purchase DLC. No fees required other than what it costs to download the DLC.

I bought mine second hand it had been modified. SO I don't think I can go on can I?

So if your 360 is modified it wont let you on XBL? Sounds like you may be out of luck then since even purchasing it on another console with your hard drive attached probably wouldnt work.
