So, one thing I love about Harmonix is how they introduce me to songs I never knew I'd like. For me the main offenders are:

Main Offender - The Hives
Foreplay/Long Time - Boston
Gimme Shelter - Rolling Stones (never been a big Stones guy)
Maps - Yeah Yeah Yeahs

Good topic. :) I agree with your picks. I love a LOT of the songs here, but I'll confine my additions to songs I hadn't heard more than once or twice before Rock Band:

I'm so Sick - Flyleaf
Flirtin' with Disaster - Molly Hatchet
Nightmare - Crooked X
Pleasure (Pleasure) - Bang Camaro

Completely off topic, I'm our vocalist and I can't wait for War Pigs by Black Sabbath. *drool*

Maps, Welcome Home, and When We Were Young. I never heard of these people/bands and I love these songs. I play them constantly.

those are great bands The Hives and Yeah Yeah Yeahs are indie bands they have great albums.
