Youtube Copyright infringement

I'm thinking of recording, and putting a RB video on Youtube. Does anyone know how not to violate copyright infringement by posting a RB video? What do you have to do in order to be able to post a video, without being removed because of copyright infringement?

You just have to upload a video and if it gets claimed dispute it.

try messing with the first ten seconds of audio
use external audio if you use a gamebridge so they can hear you clacking/strumming

put up a disclaimer in more info or directly in your video
