Drum set problems

Hey folks,

I was wondering if my drum set is not working properly or if they are all designed the same way. When I do Ballroom blitz on hard, in the beginning with the red notes, i cant get them all. it's not because i'm off beat but because it will just not register all of them if i hit a bunch in sucession. Has anyone been able to do this consistently with their drums or is it just all are like this? I dont have one to compare to unfortunately.

alot of people are having this same problem, including me, though i'm only playing on easy. my yellow and red pads drop notes pretty consistently. you can order a replacement and cross your fingers.
