Need help

I have a problem, i bought my rockband last week and i use it for 3 days, yestarday when i was playing the game stop and appears a letterbox saying that the disc is dirty after that i cleaned and it doesnt work anymore, the letterbox keeps showing when i try to play, what can i do? Because i can play with any other game without a problem.

Sounds like a bad disc. Are there any cracks around the center ring on the disc?
