The EA support website now says parts shipped instead new rma issued. I ordered a guitar on the 24th and drums on the 25th. UPS still says billing info received. Anyone else get an update on the EA support site?

i ordered my replacements via phone. the UPS website still says "Billing info received." is there a way for me to check the EA support site? i didn't created an account to associate my order with.

No their is no way to check the order status online.

You have to call their Customer Service number and its long distance too. Hope you don't get socked ridiculous charges for that.
