If you are still having connection issues concerning Rock Central:
Here's the latest from Sean on a fix:
During our scheduled server maintenance this morning we applied a fix server side that should clear up issues some people have been having with being unable to connect to the Rock Central servers. To anyone who did have this issue, check to see if you can connect when you pop in the game next time, you should be good to go.
