For some reason, when I strum up on the guitar, it doesn't work. It only works when I strum down. Is there a setting I'm missing? Or is there another issue?

EDIT: Should have pointed out.. This is for RB2.

Hardware issue. Alternating up/down strumming is standard on all guitars RB1/2 or GH3/WT.

I was afraid so. Only a month old, so should be warrantied.

Same issue. Same RB@ Guitar. Came out of the box this way. Taking it back to Best Buy and getting a refund before I get stuck with a POS.

I'm going straight Guitar Hero from now on. Rock Band Gear is junk.
