Okay, i know there are about 8 trillon i wish this and that song were in the game, but i think that focusing on some songs from artists that are already are in the game are a little easier to do, so i'm going to point down some suggestions with some though and then a place for well thought song wishlists will be here...

-Coheed and Cambria - A Favor House Atlantic
the vocals in the song that made Coheed more of a household name, at least around here,
was this song. The vocals are awesome to sing a long to and lots of people know the tune. The guitar part is also pretty enjoyable on the real guitar and bass so i can see that translating quite well. The drum track and bass track are all very solid too. Not to mention that is they would throw out a Coheed pack, there songs are very long and technical, so you could make a coheed playlist and have some fun. sorry to those who don't like them.

-Fall Out Boy - Chicago Is So Two Years Ago
This song is a hidden gem off of their debut CD. It is certainly every bit as good as dead
on arrival, only this song has a fun lead, so pretty good driving drum beats, and a awesome vocal solo in the middle of the song to rock out to and provide lots of fun for all those amateur vocalists out there.

-Bowie - Ziggy Stardust
Come on and bring it back. i loved playing that song on the original Guitar Hero. Its one of Bowie's more recognizable songs. the guitar part is fun, the drum track is fun, the vocals are good. and come on that is some epic stuff right there

-Avenged Sevenfold - Bat Country
i know lots of people aren't to fond of Avenged Sevenfold and do not like their inclusion into current metal list, but listen to bat country again. The vocals would be fun to try and duplicate and they aren't that terribly difficult. The guitar parts would be a chance to shine, instead of a bass track in this song, just make 2 guitar parts and have playing the solo harmonization part, that would be amazing, think back to back rocking. and the drum beat is actual pretty cool.

-Blink-182 - Rock Show or Dammit
Punk doesn't get a lot or representation in this game and i think the exclusion on Blink is an oversight, or maybe they are just *******s about licensing music. Travis Baker is an extremely talented drummer in the band and duplicating some of his stuff is what some of us would love to do. The bass and guitar portions aren't challenging per say, but it's a fun song to play in a band together if you are looking for the band experience. and as for the vocals, the singer might have to take a hit here but at least it would be more enjoyable than flyleaf....

i've got some more, but i only think of them periodically while playing, i'll post some more as i get time, feel free to add your own though, i'd like to hear what everyone has to say and their ideas too

I'd love to play dammit, even though it would have to be edited.

Reel Big Fish - Sellout or Beer
those doubting or saying to yourself who the hell is Reel Big Fish, go to youtube and watch videos, awesome ska band. The songs would be ridiculously fun to play. The vocal fun that would ensue doing the "woohoo hoo's" in Beer or the fast paced verses in Sellout. The Bass player is awesome and it would give Bass players something to do, the guitar is fun, and the drums have some really cool fills. oh the guitar solo in Beer is awesome, i would love to play that with a bunch of people.

Jimmy Eat World - Pain
this is just a good solid song that can provide some fun. the drums get into a pretty cool rhythm and the song is fun to sing, especially in a car by yourself, and the guitar and bass are both pretty solid themselves.

Sum 41 - The Bitter End
brought to my attention in a another thread, this song really slipped through the cracks, it's got a fast driving drum beat, metallica style riffs, fast bass, and some fun vocals and cool breakdown. Give everyone something to do.
