Not really. Some of the best Japanese rhythm games have a DJ themed design. Merging that with the American DJ culture could result in a unique and compelling game.

Or it could be garbage. Too soon to say.

Wasn't it called Beatmania? I played it in an arcade I used to frequent. It had 5 keys vaguely akin to a keyboard and a round scratch pad (is that the name of it?). I'm interested to see where this goes. Though I'd rather have a version of Guitar Hero or Rock Band that adds a keyboard controller. Or you could have a key-taur controller. :p

I had an idea similiar to dj hero but unfortunately I'm no one in the game industry. My idea is no doubt better than what dj hero will actually be. It would have been a harmonix game, on the disc are a few popular tunes and a ton of electronic beats, somethin like fruity loops. But here was the part that made it awesome, you could use any of your DLC to mix with.
