Xbox 360 free 20 songs come with rb2

Ok, so i'm really annoyed that I can't get the extra 20 songs for rb2 on the 360. I put the code from the manual onto the redeem website, confirmed the email, and never got the code to download it. I tried reputting in the code, I emailed harmonix about it, and they weren't going to do ****. So, what am I supposed to do?
