did you get a pre-paid shipping label? slap it on the box and send it back. obviously if it's for UPS dont go through USPS. if you have double of anything, i'd send it back to ensure you dont get charged.

so they give you another dongle with the replacement guitar? another strap? another 3 batteries?

See that envelope on the front? In the baggie?
Open it and you should find the return shipping ticket.
You should also have instructions on who to call for pickup or drop off.

oh...i think maybe you should find someone on the forum that received a replacement and find out what came with it. that way you make sure youre not sending back something that doesnt get replaced. that would suck.

ups locations are all over the place. they have kiosks in mini-stores too. just go to the ups website and search for drop off locations in your area.

Okay i looked inside and found the prepaid shipping label it was on the other side of where the delivery one was so i just switch it and leave the shipping to adress there ?

The replacement box I got is quite different from your pictures. I have a box-within-a-box. I have cardboard exterior box and once I opened it, I found another box containing the guitar that is fully sealed with tape and has some green stickers with initials on them.
The instructions even had little photo-pics of how to send back the guitar, not drawn pics.

I wonder if that means anything?

Mine came back the same as TimmyWeiss... I just sent everything back, the way the new one was packaged...

I am hearing the new ones are broke too... man this hassle is terrible
