Metal Requests - Dethklok A MUST

Ok, big time Hard Rock, Heavy Metal fan here about to throw out a couple suggestions and hopefully a lot of you guys agree, which may cause Harmonix to check this post and put a couple items into consideration.


First and Foremost... The Dethalbum, by the band Dethklok, either the 16 Song Album or the 23 Track Deluxe Edition (with spoken filler tracks taken out of course leading to 21 songs) is the #1 Request for me bar none. I am not joking when I say I'm willing to spend 40 dollars just to download the album, and I'de go as high as 50 if were the deluxe. Many may nto agree with the prices I'de be willing to go to, but it is just an indication of how badly I would appreciate The Dethalbum in this game

The rest of the albums I am goign to suggets are just what I believe to be great Metal Albums and I just feel would increase my enjoyment of Rock Band being able to fill my etlists with music more inclined toward Metal. The list is as follows:

Metallica: Master of Puppets (already to of been rumored to be a Album Download by well see in time)

Megadeth: Rust in Peace (Classic Album) or The System Has Failed (Newer Megadeth that captures some great energy and a lot of really enjoyable songs)

Pantera: Cowboys From hell or Vulgar Display of Power

Slayer: Reign In Blood (No Explanation necessary. Total Rockage)

Slipknot: Selftitled (Slipknot) or Iowa would be great additions.

SoulFly: The Dark Ages (Very melodic different sounding Metal band. Any fan of Sepultura would love this group)

And just soem Band recommedations for 3 song packs of Disturbed, System of a Down, Tool, Rob(or White) Zombie, and a couple older KoRn sonds wouldnt be minded.

COmments? Agree, Disagree? Hopefully this will get some notice to some decent Metal being in Rock Band for the 2008 year.

although theres 2398724352 other topics like this. definitely dethklok. alot of fictional bands ive heard actually sound good. the people behind the characters did a really good job. when i bought the dethalbum i thought it would just be repititive boring songs like it sounded previewed on the actual show, but on my first listen to mermaider im like "wow, this is awesome"

Yeah I saw that there were other Dethklok posts but I wanted to also tag on the other albums that I personally would liek to see, and anyoen who kind of leaned toward my preferences would kindly respond and add to it.

I totally agree that Dethklok needs to be on rock band. As well as some of the other bands you have on here. It will deff. put rock band ahead of GH if they get some bands that a lot of fans would like to see. So lets hope they read all these post.

Dethklok would be great. DEATH (RIP Chuck) would be even better.
