I am replacting my broken drum pads through the warranty on them. I was shipped the box yesterday to ship the old heads back in. Inside this box was a piece of paper with instructions on it. The first instruction said "Remove your new drum heads from the plastic wrap." The thing is, there were no drum heads inside. I thought they were only going to ship me the box, and then I ship back the pads and then they ship me new pads, but this paper says I should have new ones inside. Anyone else return their drum pads like this? Thanks.
