Help With Bacman Turner Award and Stage Igniters

I would really appreciate it if I could get a bit of help with Bachman Turner Award and Stage Igniter achievements
Also, for Stage Igniters, do I have to have unlocked the impossible band challange or just play with someone who has already unlocked it?

I'll play guitar or bass.

Would be great if any of you guys had Dani California for Bachman Turner

I'll do it at some point (drums), but Today by SP is by far the easiest I have found. I keep OD running by myself for a while in that song and then just time the activation of the other instruments with the other players. It works best if the drummer builds up full OD and THEN releases it, as opposed to only half.
