Ack, I feel like an ad campaign...from NextGeneration (http://www.next-gen.biz/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=8155&Itemid=53)

BLOG—For the first 12 days of December, Dominos Pizza is giving away Xbox prizes with every online pizza order including ten Xbox 360 consoles a day.
It doesn’t matter what your favorite pizza is. Order pepperoni or hawaiian, or maybe half pepperoni and half hawaiian, or heck, even half pepperoni and half anchovy. Any combination and Dominos Pizza is still going to give you some fabulous Xbox holiday cheer. Well, it’s Xbox stuff, at any rate. Your level of cheer might depend on what you get.

As part of their “XII Days of Xbox (http://www.reuters.com/article/pressRelease/idUS37256+29-Nov-2007+PRN20071129)” which runs between December 1st and December 12th, Dominos Pizza is giving those customers who order their pizzas online a 48-hour trial of Xbox Live Gold subscription. What’s that? You’re not that excited? Well don’t worry, there’s more.

Every day during the length of the contest, ten random orders will receive an Xbox 360 console along with the game Project Gotham Racing 4. For those of you doing the math, that’s 10 consoles a day for 12 days, or 120 consoles. Not too shabby.

Other than the obvious correlation between spending many long grueling hours playing Xbox only to need edible energy replenishment in the form of hot delicious pizza, why is Dominos teaming up with Xbox for this promotion? Well according to Ken Calwell, the chief marketing officer for Dominos Pizza, “We're delivering the convenience of online ordering and pairing it with the excitement of instantly getting great prizes from Xbox.”

So order your pizza online, kids. Watch for the pop-up window to spring up after you confirm your order which will automatically tell you whether or not you’ve won an Xbox 360. What do you do if you don’t win the console and you only score the subscription? Well loosen your belt and order another pizza. Try, try again!

Do they still have the Philly Cheese Steak Pizza? That is without a doubt the greatest pizza in the history of chain-pizza-restaraunthood.

So they are advocating laziness and obesity?

Of course. That will sell more pizza. Gotta look at their ROI. Little investment to get people fat and happy now, the more pizza that's ordered later. hehehe
