Well, I waited since 11/22 and today checked ups and ea and the same crap on both pages(new RMA, shipping received crap). So I went to where I bought the bundle and they had another, so I was able to return it for a new one.

I get home, check EA site and PARTS SHIPPED, LOL. UPS still has nothing. I will probably keep the new drums they are sending me, because hopefully they fixed the design a bit. The new box I got said Sept 30(old one was sept. 27), so its still old crap, but might work till I get my replacement.

Sorry, but I waited over a week and called TS several times who couldn't help me. I guess I should put in for a guitar now also, as I am sure I have one of the bad ones.

ok, where do you check the status of your shipment on the EA website?

There are two places where you can check on status. One is obviously through your UPS tracking number. The other is the EA Status for your request.

To access the request:

Go to http://support.ea.com/rockband.
Click on 'My Questions' at the left.
Login with the account you either specified or created when you sent your replacement request.
You should now see a list of all active incidents and their statuses. You can click on an incident for more information.

all it states there is my question that i posted to EA it says nothing regarding an order status

I never show any questions although when I call, they know exactly who I am and see my request.

It says status at the end, it might say NEW RMA, or Parts Shipped.

you're not getting it.. all I have is my question that is listed under the "my question" tab. There has never been an status of my package. the only way I can view any status is when I go to ups.com

my question, however, says unresolved..... any help is appreciated

So it says unresolved under status?? Then that is the status of your parts.

there is no incident where it shows my order.. nothing... that's why i posted the question of where my guitar is... there's nothing regarding my order on there.

Thats where it is... If you don't have that then you have NO RMA or so it appears

I've never had anything in my questions either. I haven't bothered calling because it sounds useless.

However EAxViolet assured me via PM that my order is still intact and in queue, just (at the time) hadn't shipped.

I'm tempted to do the same thing. We're doing EA a favor by working through their warranty website, rather than just dealing with the store we bought it at, and in return EA's customer service totally blows. Way to go EA. Don't try to keep your customers informed or anything. Just leave them in the dark about whether it will be two days or two weeks until they get their replacement.

zeus did you originally use the website to put in your replacement request, or did you call?

if you called, maybe the status doesnt show on the site... and if you did do it online, did you "update" your question? that could have caused the whole process to reset.

i did mine online...it hasn't been update nor has anything shipped
