I'm also wondering what the heck is going on here. I called the EA number because the web site would not work. the folks I spoke to were very nice, they gave me my RMA number etc. they told me the fastest way to receive my replacement RB2 wireless guitar was to fax them a copy of my receipt with rma # etc this was all within the 60 day warranty time. I did indeed fax them the info they wanted and got a e-mail conformation that they received the info and my new guitar was being shipped. they also gave me a tracking #. they said they would need to hold $128.00 dollars until they got the defected guitar back. ok it's been two weeks now, I have checked UPS with my tracking number they gave me after several days. ups site says they do not have the package yet! I called ups they said the package has not been given to them yet, I called EA they said it may not have been given to them yet but will today. I have been checking ups every day, no change! so what the heck is up with this!!? I am getting angry and will take all the action I need to get this resolved. It should be a simple thing to follow up on replacements unless this is just a bunch of BS. packages sent by ups do not take this long so I asume they never got the package! nothing like getting the run around! I need a reply.....:confused::mad:

Sorry to hear that you've had to wait for your replacement RB gear. Unfortunately we don't have access to any of your RMA info here at HMX, since that's all been handled by EA. If you're concerned about the status of the shipping you should follow up with EA for more tracking info or see if this is a hold up on the UPS end. Sorry I don't have any more info for you, but as I mentioned before this is all being handled by EA so they should be able to provide so more info. I hope that helps.
