transferring rb1 to rb2

Can someone please relist the steps on how to do this again on a PS3 system. I know I read it along time ago but i can't find it in the search option.

go into PSN store RB1 buy export key costs $5.

insert RB1 (must be a ps3 copy not a ps2 copy) the update should start downloading automatically.

go to options -> export songs
