I just got my replacement today and it feels way sturdier (the strum bar) so I'm hopeful this one won't break. I should be getting new drums soon too. I think they are actually dealing with the problems so I'd just hit up the support site if I were you.

I hope I get my replacement soon! I miss rocking out on the new guitar, mine broke I think the second or third day, actually it just broke after 4-8 hours of game play like everyone's did. Sucks! I have to use my GH3 Les Paul until then.

My guitar went out today but the support and replacement process is so easy that I'm not even that upset. It will give me a chance to work on my drumming skills.
