I "bought" Tell Me Baby, and there was supposed to be a refund by yesterday. No change to my account yet, should I phone NOA?

You'd have to ask Nintendo for about any refunds purchased through their online system.

I phoned them earlier today, the girl had no idea and forwarded an email to the Admin. How was anyone else's experience?

I know it's not terribly helpful for you, but I was bitten by the glitch as well, and I did in fact get the refund as promised (by the promised date). I hope that your refund comes through...

Oh, it might actually be useful for me to point out that I had the problem with the other "pair" of songs ("Gimme Three Steps" and "Live Forever"), so maybe there was a problem in refunding those with the same pair as you? Hopefully someone else will chime in.

Thanks, not especially useful, but at least you spoke up.
Apparently there was also a credit for Live Forever, which I would never buy.

I purchased "Tell Me Baby" and "Live Forever" but received "Gimme Three Steps" and "Attack". I got my refund the day that HMX posted that they were giving them. I would contact Nintendo and make sure they know you haven't received your points yet.

Update:
Still no news back. I'm calling Weds, after school. Seriously, it's way too long.
Hope I get someone helpful this time.

Users and devs do what they can on these threads and that's pretty uncool for you to say something like that. You had several responses with people trying to help and you all arrived on the one thing that would help... Calling Nintendo. I suggest you call Nintendo instead of coming to these boards and flaming the same people who just helped you.

I presume that he was saying that he hopes he gets someone helpful the next time he calls Nintendo (which it sounds like he has already tried once).

That's true. You never get tech-savy CSRs on Nintendo's call-line. I just straight up tell them I test software and to have a real tech call me back, I usually get a call-back in less than 48 hours.
OP: If you meant Ninty and not the threads, sorry for pulling out the flamethrower.
