Game Linking Error - Wii

I hope someone can help me. Every time I try to link my RB2 game for my Wii it gives me this message:

The data you entered seems to be incorrect. Please correct the following errors and try again:

This game code does not have any Rock Band data associated with it. Please try again.

So I turned on my game, put in the correct Console # and the correct webcode number that I was staring at on the screen. I put it in in all caps just like it showed. I really want to link my game. Can someone please help me?

Does your console ID begin with a 0? If so, don't enter the 0.

If not, try entering just your web code. Don't worry about the console ID?
