Drum controller won't Register at all (360)

I have had the game for about a week and a half, and now out of the blue, the drums just won't even register as a controller on my 360. I plug it in, directly to the 360, no hub, and nothing. It is like it doesn't even know a controller is plugged in.

Any thoughts?

Out of the box mine would not sync at all...the green ring just blinks at me...on 11/21 I called EA and they said "no problem - we'll just send you a new one"...I still haven't gotten it yet...at the time they didn't have any ideas as to how to fix it...

Mine isn't even flashing. Just nothing.

The weird thing is, it was working fine, and then I go to play last night, and it doesn't work.

Guess their going back... :confused:
