A Rube Goldberg machine is a machine that is extremely complex, but finishes with a simple task. (i.e. pouring water, lighting a bulb, tipping over a lantern, thus causing a widespread fire that... oh wait.)

Note: If you don't want to hear random Japanese every few seconds, turn down your volume.
So, here's how it works:
1. A simple task is named.
2. How many pieces will the machine take to accomplish this task.
Ex: Extracting a banana from its peel in 25 steps.
Afterward, the starter of the task names the first part of the machine. (A can of marbles roll down a ramp, which...) Next poster makes sense with the next part of the machine. (trips a string, which will) and so on.
After 25 steps, the poster with piece 25 names the last part and the original task (drops a large boot, squishing the banana fruit out of the peel.)
The person that finishes the machine names the next simple task, and how many pieces it will take.
Don't be an ass and say it will take 1,000 pieces (no matter how much fun that may be.)
Make sure the piece transitions make sense. (A marble shouldn't fall in a cup, only to land in a catapult that sends it back to the start.)
Just kidding. I want nuclear fission to tip over a cup of acid which burns a hole in a lead painted wall.
Anyway, let's start!
Flipping a light switch: 30 pieces.
A button is pressed, which drops a bowling ball that...
EDIT: Number your step, please. It will make it easier when the machines get really big.
For future reference, a step will be classified as an action (bomb explodes) and a direction/location/reaction (into brick wall, down a gorge, tipping over a precariously perched pencil... alliteration FTW.
