Request for guitar on launch... nothing still

the downstrum on my guitar is dead and i put in a request for a replacement on launch day. why have i not gotten anything yet?! this is rediculous!

thats happening to everyone who put one in near launch day. things are going backwards for some reason. got to love people cutting in line. im still waiting as well, and a little over a week later it finally shipped. so prob wont get it untill next week. so much for the 2day credit card method.

I'm in the same boat as you guys. So I finally said screw it and put in another order through the website today. I'm guessing I'll actually get this 2nd order next week since this one actually shows up in my EA account when I log in and the original order (placed on 11/21) does not. I think there is some kind of problem with the orders placed on 11/20 or 11/21.
